ARE PROGRAMS ONLY FOR KAW NATION TRIBAL CITIZENS?

KHDD programs are available to any enrolled member of a federally recognized tribe within our service area.

HOW DOES THE APPLICATION PROCESS WORK?

  1. Fill out an application form. Applications can be sent by email, found at our offices in Ponca City, or can be completed online via the button below
  2. Submit your application for approval.
  3. After receiving your application, our office will contact you as soon as it is reviewed.
  4. Enjoy the benefits and programs available at KHDD!
