ARE PROGRAMS ONLY FOR KAW NATION TRIBAL CITIZENS?
KHDD programs are available to any enrolled member of a federally recognized tribe within our service area.
HOW DOES THE APPLICATION PROCESS WORK?
- Fill out an application form. Applications can be sent by email, found at our offices in Ponca City, or can be completed online via the button below
- Submit your application for approval.
- After receiving your application, our office will contact you as soon as it is reviewed.
- Enjoy the benefits and programs available at KHDD!
