A ONE TIME gift card assistance program for Tribal Youth 0 -17 has just opened up!
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS ON THE APPLICATION THOROUGHLY TO AVOID ANY DELAY IN YOUR ASSISTANCE!
ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE APRIL 30TH, 2023, THROUGH THE MAIL ONLY.
Kaw Nation youth MUST meet the requirement of being enrolled by 12/31/2022. Any youth enrolled after this date will not qualify.
Application MUST be filled out completely for each child.
Copy of child’s enrollment card MUST be submitted with application.
When filling out the application you will have the option to have the gift card mailed to the address listed on the application or picked up by appointment only at Tribal headquarters in Kaw City.
YOU WILL BE CONTACTED TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR PICKUP. NO WALK INS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!
